June 22, 2010 ****URGENT*** Our usual instructions for downloading a design are to right click and use SAVE TARGET or SAVE LINK AS. If you employ MS Explorer, ignore this message: FIRE FOX browsers will not download the design in this fashion. If you use Fire Fox simply click directly on the file format you want and it will then be downloaded. If you have been upset because the files you have tried to take give you and error message (NOT THE PROPER TYPE) that's the reason why. |
